Tierra Wilson
Founder, AiBT Advisory
AiBT Advisory was founded by Tierra Wilson. Over 15 years of consulting, she has worked with more than 500 clients and spent six years embedded inside the marketing departments at MyFitnessPal and Under Armour, managing content across multiple teams. She designed the pitch deck used when MyFitnessPal was acquired by Under Armour for $475 million.
She has consulted for Hewlett-Packard and the United States Postal Service, served as a data visualization and design consultant at TrackMaven, and is a founding member of Google's Small Business Advisory Board. She served on GoDaddy's Pro Council for over five years.
Her work has been featured in Real Simple, Self, Time, and Buzzfeed, and she has appeared on ABC and FOX.
Tierra is also a certified AI trainer and prompt engineer with a technical background in development and design. That combination, deep consulting experience at scale plus hands-on technical ability, is what AiBT Advisory is built on.
The pattern she kept seeing was consistent: companies would invest in AI training for their teams, and the training would go well. People learned the tools, saw the potential, and then had nowhere to put any of it. The deployment infrastructure didn't exist, and nobody was building the bridge between knowing what AI can do and putting it into production. AiBT was built to be that bridge.

AI moves fast. The systems we build are designed to evolve with it. When better models or tools become available, the architecture we've put in place allows us to upgrade without rebuilding from scratch. What we deploy today should still be working and improving a year from now.

AiBT Advisory operates as a focused team: senior advisory and strategy led by the founder, technical delivery handled by engineers who specialize in AI deployment and systems integration, and industry-specific advisors brought in when an engagement requires vertical expertise.
