Privacy Policy.
This policy explains what data AiBT Advisory collects through aibtadvisory.com, why we collect it, who processes it, and what rights you have over it. We wrote it in plain language because clarity is how we operate.
What We Collect
Information You Provide Directly
When you interact with our site, you may choose to share the following:
Email address. When you subscribe to The AiBT Brief, our weekly newsletter, through the signup form on our newsletter page, blog posts, or the audit upsell page.
Name and email address. When you book a conversation through the Calendly scheduling embed on our Contact page.
We only collect what you actively submit. There are no hidden form fields or pre-checked boxes.
Information Collected Automatically
When you visit aibtadvisory.com, certain data is collected through the tools that host and operate the site:
Website analytics. Page visits, time on site, referral source, device type, browser, and approximate geographic location derived from your IP address. This data is collected through Cloudflare Analytics.
LinkedIn tracking. If you arrive at our site through a LinkedIn ad, the LinkedIn Insight Tag records that visit for the purpose of measuring ad performance and building audience segments. This tag is active when our LinkedIn Ads campaigns are running.
Cookies. Cookies may be placed by Cloudflare, the LinkedIn Insight Tag, the Calendly scheduling embed, and the Beehiiv newsletter embed. See the Cookies section below for details.
What We Do Not Collect
We do not collect payment or financial information. There is no e-commerce on this site. We do not create user accounts or store passwords. We do not collect information from anyone under 16. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party.
Why We Collect It
Every piece of data we collect serves a specific function:
Newsletter delivery. Your email address allows us to send The AiBT Brief to your inbox each week through Beehiiv, our newsletter platform.
Scheduling. Your name and email allow Calendly to book a conversation and send confirmation and reminder emails.
Site performance. Analytics data helps us understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it.
Ad measurement. LinkedIn tracking data tells us whether our ad campaigns are reaching the right audience and whether visitors from those ads are taking meaningful actions on the site.
That is the complete list. We do not use your data for any purpose beyond what is described here.
Who Processes Your Data
We use a small number of third-party services to operate the site. Each service only receives the data necessary for its function.
