AiBT Advisory launches AI deployment firm for mid-market companies as OpenAI and Anthropic commit $5.5 billion to enterprise.

May 18, 2026

AiBT Advisory, an AI deployment advisory firm for companies with 100 to 1,000 employees, launched today to serve the mid-market companies that billion-dollar AI consulting ventures are not built to reach.

The firm's launch follows announcements from OpenAI and Anthropic, which committed a combined $5.5 billion to AI deployment ventures targeting enterprise organizations in the first two weeks of May 2026. OpenAI's Deployment Company (DeployCo) raised $4 billion with backing from TPG, Bain Capital, and McKinsey. Anthropic's unnamed venture raised $1.5 billion from Blackstone, Goldman Sachs, and Hellman & Friedman. Both follow the Palantir Forward Deployed Engineer model: embedding engineers inside client organizations to deploy AI into production workflows.

The economics of that model create a natural floor. Forward Deployed Engineer compensation runs $180,000 to $280,000 annually, and enterprise AI consulting engagements at major firms start at $500,000. For companies with a few hundred employees, these are not accessible options.

The World Economic Forum has described mid-market companies as "the missing middle" in AI adoption: large enough to have real operational complexity where AI creates measurable value, but too small to access the consulting infrastructure built for the Fortune 500. According to RSM's 2025 Middle Market AI Survey, 91% of middle market firms now use generative AI, but 70% recognize they need external support to maximize the value of their investments.

AiBT Advisory was built to close that gap. The firm follows a five-phase engagement model: AI Opportunity Audit, workflow selection and strategy, build and deploy, adoption and training, and ongoing AI operations on retainer. The firm is model-agnostic, deploying whatever AI tools and models fit each client's workflows and data rather than locking companies to a single provider.

"The companies that need AI deployment the most are the ones getting the least attention. We built AiBT to bring the same deployment rigor that the largest companies receive and apply it at a scale where we work directly with your leadership team, your operators, and your data." — Tierra Wilson, Founder, AiBT Advisory

Every engagement starts with the AI Opportunity Audit, a two-to-three-week diagnostic that produces a prioritized AI Opportunity Map with ROI projections for each identified workflow.

Tierra Wilson is the founder of AiBT Advisory, an AI deployment advisory firm for mid-market companies. Over 15 years of consulting, she has worked with more than 500 clients and spent six years embedded inside the marketing departments at MyFitnessPal and Under Armour, managing content across multiple teams. She designed the pitch deck used when MyFitnessPal was acquired by Under Armour for $475 million.

She has consulted for Hewlett-Packard and the United States Postal Service, served as a data visualization and design consultant at TrackMaven, and is a founding member of Google's Small Business Advisory Board. She served on GoDaddy's Pro Council for over five years. Her work has been featured in Real Simple, Self, Time, and Buzzfeed, and she has appeared on ABC and FOX.

Tierra is a certified AI trainer and prompt engineer with a technical background in development and design. AiBT Advisory grew out of the pattern she kept seeing in client work: companies invested in AI training, teams learned the tools, saw the potential, and then had no infrastructure to put any of it into production. AiBT was built to close that deployment gap.
